Being on time ensures that I have enough time to give you an excellent haircut and ensures that I can be on time for the haircut that’s after yours. It’s not fair to the next person waiting that is on time if I’m running behind due to tardiness. I completely understand that life happens and sometimes things come up, so please be courteous enough to call and let me know. After 5 minutes I will no longer have enough time for the wash or massage. Repeated tardiness will result in blocking online booking and all appointments will have to booked on the phone or in person.
